Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage event and exhibition projects from costing, scheduling, construction, installation to completion.
Prepare project budget and BOQ (breakdown of quantity)
Brief suppliers on design specifications of projects.
Conduct quality checks and ensure fabrication by suppliers are done according to design specifications.
Monitor work progress on site.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma education with relation to exhibitions or construction management.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in interior construction or events management.
Good communication skills and meticulous.
A team player and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Those with more experience will be considered for a higher position.
