Responsibilities:
Follow up with assigned leads via WhatsApp, email, or other channels. Understand what they’re looking for and suggest the most suitable products or services.
Share company offerings in a clear, engaging way and prepare quotations that meet the client’s needs and budget.
Work with the design team to create mock-ups based on client input and get their approval before moving to production.
Prepare and submit sales orders accurately so the production team can get started smoothly.
Provide regular updates throughout the production process and make sure deliveries are on time and meet expectations.
Deliver great service to ensure a positive client experience, repeat business, and referrals.
Manage existing client accounts while reaching out to new leads and prospects to grow your client base.
Requirements:
Proficient in communicating fluently in English & Mandarin
Good learning attitude, open to challenges and able to work cohesively in a team
Prior sales, BD, clienteling & customer service experience is a plus
