Job Description
Responsible for the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing
Handle monthly submission of CPF contributions and other statutory requirements or government-paid claims
Handle annual tax filling submission and tax clearance
Assist in preparing of payroll-related reports for management, finance and auditing purposes
Maintain proper payroll documentation and authorisation for internal and external audit
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records in the system
Respond to any queries raised by managers or employees
Manage and review all payroll processes
Guide the payroll team to effectively deliver payroll accurately on a timely basis
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant payroll experience, with a least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
Good knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
Attentiveness to details and accuracy
