Job Description:
Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary.
Order & Product Management: Process orders, maintain accurate product listings, and coordinate with various parties.
Administrative Support: Handle records, reports, and cross-functional coordination to meet KPIs.
Campaign Analysis & Execution: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, analyze sales trends, and generate performance insights.
Reporting: Prepare monthly and campaign reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
2-3 years of experiences in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and data analytics.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
