Purchasing Manager (Semiconductor) - #1115684

Our client is one of the leading player in Precision Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Purchasing Manager to be part of their Procurement Team. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.

Duties of Purchasing Manager:

• Formulate sourcing strategies that align with production schedules, cost targets, and quality standards.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality materials, and timely delivery.

• Lead the procurement team in executing daily purchasing activities including issuing POs, tracking orders, and managing inventory levels.

• Analyze purchasing trends, cost drivers, and market conditions to identify opportunities for savings and value creation.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Work closely with production, planning, quality, and finance teams to forecast needs, resolve supply issues, and support operational efficiency.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Min 8 - 10 years of procurement experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing industry
