Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and coordinating solutions with internal teams or partners
Maintain and update service records and work orders accurately in the system
Coordinate with vendors and partners on service requests, returns, or maintenance needs
Schedule and plan resources for maintenance and service activities
Keep clear records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups
Support service processes, including documentation and reporting
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and proactive support
Adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min Diploma
Min 1 year experience in related field
Proficient in NAV system is an advantage
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary: Up to $3500
