BIM Lead (Mechanical | M&E | Revit | AutoCAD) - #1115637

• Basic $4,000 - $6,500 + AWS + VB

• Working location: On site (Subject to project assignment)

• Working Days: 5.5 days

• Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm / 8:30am - 12:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Ensure structural drawings and specifications comply with project and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare technical drawings, detailed design documentation, and 3D models using BIM tools such as Revit and AutoCAD for all project phases (preliminary, construction, and as-built).

• Design and optimize Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) system layouts, including duct and pipe sizing, routing, and equipment placement.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure alignment across all design stages.

• Lead and provide technical guidance to BIM Modellers/Coordinators.

• Review and verify design outputs for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.

• Participate in design review meetings, addressing technical queries and offering solutions to improve design quality.

• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings and BIM models in accordance with project requirements and BEP.

• Conduct site visits for quality checks and ensure design implementation meets specifications and standards.

• Other ad hoc duties as required to support the project team.

  
  

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

• Minimum 3–4 years working experience in the related field with drafting experience in M&E services.

• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge in BIM/Revit MEP is an added advantage.
