Project/ Tender Support

• Prepare and assist senior engineers in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation during project or tender phase, demonstrating understanding of project management methodologies.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and as-built drawings.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors as needed.
  Support site inspections and quality control checks.

Technical Assistance

• Understand client’s requirement and prepare engineering calculations and drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.Prepare and assist in the selection and specification of equipment and materials.

• Research and analyse technical data.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure project compliance.Prepare and implement method of statement and processes for quality assurance.

• Coordinate and carry out testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems are operational and meet performance requirements.
  Prepare operational and maintenance manuals and as-built drawing for project handover.

Learning & Development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

• Basic understanding of MEP systems and design principles.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
