Job responsibilities:

• Conduct staff training and prepare operational reports and requisitions.

• Manage order fulfillment by checking stock availability, scheduling container loading, coordinating with freight forwarders

• Ensuring accurate documentation (pick list, container layout, checklist).

• Train staff to secure cargo properly for safe delivery.

• Organize layout for optimal material flow, manage sample preparation, and arrange write-off disposals.

• Oversee inventory movements in ERP

• Coordinate stock transfers across regional warehouses, assist in annual stock takes, and conduct site audits with QA teams.

• Provide backup coverage for warehouse personnel and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree qualification

• 2 – 3 years of related working experience is needed in Operations or Logistics.

• Have valid forklift license.
