Purpose of Job
Responsible for co-ordinating and logistics arrangement of contractors for any maintenance related activities
Job Responsibilities
· To co-ordinate and facilitate contractors and vendors visits for any maintenance related activities.
· To liaise with scheduler/planner and helpdesk on dispatched work-orders to contractors and follow up with contractor
· To ensure contractors are fully aware of site processes and in compliance
· To monitor and track the status of dispatched work-orders to contractors
· To update attendance, completion time, labour and materials utilized and status for each work-orders into client SAP/comet system for activities conducted by contractors
· To assist in receiving of calls and record requests and feedback from end users into CMMS system
· To assist in generating reports required by the team for submission to client
· To ensure all work-requests are recorded and completed in real-time.
· Maintain proper logs and updating of work-orders on corrective maintenance findings and actions taken with time stamp
· Ensuring of compliance on contractors on site processes and procedures.
· To assist and prepare weekly and monthly reports on work-order status, KPI & SLA compliance.
