R&D Admin Officer Job Description
• Manage Store BOM of all Bakery brands (BT, TB, BB, TMC, WPC)
• Create product articles and key in store BOM into SAP system
• Archive and update newly created products and articles in a systematic order
• Calculate product cost, bundles and promotions of product launches
• Calculate costs of customized orders and special projects
• Assist in conducting food-tasting sessions
• Assist in booking meeting rooms and schedule meetings
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders
• Conduct market research on food trends
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements
• O’ Level, Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Well versed in Microsoft office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Great communication and organization skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to changes and a fast-moving environment
