Location: Serangoon

Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Executive to manage and optimise the entire supply chain process, ensuring seamless operations from product delivery to suppliers through to inventory management and order fulfilment. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and logistics providers to drive efficiency and accuracy throughout the supply chain

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to oversee and monitor stock inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained at all times.

• Analyse market demand, sales trends, and historical data to accurately forecast future card demand.

• Manage the end-to-end process from sales order creation through to order fulfilment and processing within SLA.

• Perform month-end accruals for open cash sales orders, supporting accurate financial reporting.

• Utilise SAP S/4HANA for tracking inventory movement and monitoring supply chain operations.

• Process payments to third-party logistics (3PL) providers promptly.

• Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows to support consistent and efficient supply chain operations.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and other supply chain initiatives to ensure smooth implementation.

• Support and prepare for annual stocktake, ensuring accuracy of inventory records.

• Identify and implement workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the supply chain process.

• Manage supplier relationships, evaluating performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with 3PL partners for prompt deliveries and stock preparation

• Other ad hoc duties as required to support the overall objectives of the supply chain team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Organised and proactive individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
