Our client is seeking a Assistant Sales & Project Manager (ELV) to join their team!

Join a dynamic ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems company where you'll combine sales expertise with project management skills while working with cutting-edge technology. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in building services engineering while managing complete project lifecycles from quotation to handover, working with innovative systems including Audio Visual, Nurse Call Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, and Public Address Systems.

What you'll be doing?

• Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to email enquiries from prospective customers, preparing accurate quotations and understanding technical specifications for optimal solutions.

• Project Management: Plan and schedule procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring projects stay on schedule and managing smooth handovers to clients.

• Technical Support: Help clients resolve issues with installed equipment and deliver technical presentations to effectively communicate product and service offerings.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant codes and industry standards while maintaining high standards of project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Business Development: Support achievement of sales targets, follow up on outstanding payments, and contribute to company growth objectives.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related discipline, providing a strong technical foundation.

• Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or technical role in ELV systems, demonstrating practical knowledge. Candidates with no prior experience are also welcomed to apply.

• Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers, consultants, and internal teams.

• Professional Attributes: Proactive and results-driven approach with ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
