Marketing Executive | Changi Airport | Full-Time up to $5000 monthly - #1115461

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the exclusive VIP tier of the Changi Rewards program.

In this role, you’ll help grow the membership base, build premium customer engagement, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver unique experiences for our VIP members.

Key Responsibilities

• Support growth of CRM membership base, engagement, and spend.

• Collaborate with internal teams & external partners to execute program strategies.

• Build and manage partnerships with luxury brands & stakeholders.

• Curate and execute premium events and experiences for members.

• Manage digital engagement (eDMs, WhatsApp, app, website, digital touchpoints).

• Track program performance, analyze insights, and propose improvements.

• Support development of new program features with product/tech teams.

• Stay updated with latest luxury & loyalty trends to drive best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree holder with 1–2 years’ experience in loyalty marketing, luxury, travel retail, or hospitality.

• Experience in CRM, partnerships, or revenue generation (strong plus).

• Strong track record in customer lifecycle management (acquisition → retention).

• Proactive, innovative, and agile team player with strong stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication skills with both creative & analytical mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, GA) or CRM platforms (Braze, Adobe Experience Cloud) is a plus.

• Able to work occasionally on weekends for ad hoc events.

Contract Details

• 6-month contract (with option to extend another 6 months)

• Based at Changi Airport

• Exposure to premium marketing & luxury loyalty program management
