Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.30AM – 5.30PM

Job responsibilities:

• Manage landed property projects from demolition to CSC independently.

• Ensure safety compliance, conduct inspections, and implement protocols.

• Review drawings, resolve design issues, and provide technical solutions.

• Calculate material needs and manage procurement from local and overseas suppliers.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, authorities, and clients.

• Handle documentation, authority submissions (BP, TOP, CSC), and project handovers.

•  Oversee construction progress, quality control, and cost management.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of property construction experience 

• Valid Class 3 driver's license
