Purchasing Officer/ Executive (Semiconductor Related) - #1115418

Responsibilities: 

• Support the project team in procuring equipment, materials, and services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

• Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders and other procurement-related documents.

• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quotations.

• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Assist in managing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

• Contribute to the development of procurement strategies, policies, and best practices.

• Conduct research on potential suppliers, products, and market trends.

• Provide support in equipment inspections, registrations, and related processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences in procurement, team management and cost saving projects in the semiconductor or construction industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
