About the role

As a Sales & Application Engineer at VIBTECH GENESIS PTE LTD, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. This full-time position is involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements through site visits, technical discussions, and assessments

2. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value of our solutions

3. Prepare and negotiate sales quotations and proposals, ensuring alignment with customer expectations

4. Assist in tender preparation, including review of specifications, drawings, and commercial terms

5. Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to design and deliver innovative products and services

6. Provide technical support during and after project implementation to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction

7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve clients

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in sales, application engineering, or pre-sales technical roles, preferably in a technical or industrial environment

2. Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex systems and solutions clearly

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders

4. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and address customer needs

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction

6. Relevant qualifications in engineering, technology, or a related field

7. Solid understanding of technical specifications, contract interpretation, and strong sales negotiation skills

8. Willingness to work on-site, including in challenging or demanding environments
