Our Client:

• 5 Days, Office Hours

• UP $7000 Basic + AWS + Bonus 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring program inventory accuracy and KPIs are met 

• Oversee and lead warehouse operations across Singapore warehouse and project sites, ensuring effective execution of inbound, outbound and storage activities

• Coordinate with project team, vendors, stakeholders as and when required 

• Work closely with key accounts to grow business opportunities and attend to escalations promptly to maintain customer relationships and enhance relationships to ensure mutual benefit and sustainability

• Look for improvement opportunities along the value chain, to streamline and re-engine the processes to achieve service standard or target.

• Establish a good team culture of best practice sharing within the program to motivate staffs to voice out
  their opinions.

• Manage recruitment, appraisal, leave applications, disciplinary matters, and purchase requisitions

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent 

• Minimum 5 years of Managerial experience in Logistics & Warehousing Operations 

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA), Power BI, and Tableau

• Singaporeans only
