Shipping Coordinator (Permit Declarations) - #1115352

Our client, a local logistics company specializing in integrated logistics services including warehousing, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and local transportation, is seeking for talents for the position of Shipping Coordinator.

Working Location : West Singapore

Working Hours : 5 Days (Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 6pm)

Remuneration Package :

• Basic up to S$ 2,400

• Attractive Incentives

• Payable OT Allowances

Job Description :

• Perform data entry

• Co-ordination with customers and preparation of shipping documents

• Handling of import and export shipments

• Handling of shipment clearance, billing and permit declaration

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 'O' Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience involving in permit declarations

• Proficient in MS Office, namely Words, Excel, and WMS, especially in SAP, will be an added advantage
