About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the interior design process for multiple projects, driving concept development, space planning, and material/furniture selections.

• Manage client relationships; lead presentations and meetings to understand requirements, present design solutions, and ensure client vision is achieved.

• Oversee the production of comprehensive design documentation, including detailed drawings, mood boards, and FF&E schedules.

• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and educational team environment.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity and seamless project delivery from concept to completion.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Spearhead research into the latest design trends, materials, and sustainable practices to keep our studio at the forefront of the industry.

What We're Looking For

• A degree or certification in Interior Design or a related field.

• More than 2+ years of proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects, preferably within a fast-paced agency or studio environment.

• Expertise in space planning, FF&E, and building codes, with a meticulous eye for detail.

• Advanced proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate a strong design vision.

• A natural leader with a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage project teams effectively.

• Deep knowledge of current design trends, materials, and a commitment to sustainable design principles.
