Warehouse Operation Manager - Hardware @Changi - #1115233

Information:

1. Salary range: Up to $8000 + incentive (Avg $500) + $52 transport

2. Working hour: Mon-Fri, 7.30 7.30-5pm; Sat - 7.30am - 1pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.

• Handle stock, labeling, and organization to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Monitor warehouse KPI and implement continuous improvement strategies.

• Plan, schedule, and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely distribution with cost efficiency.

• Supervise the logistics team and third-party transport providers to meet delivery KPIs.

• Resolve transportation issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate stock levels and implement procedures to prevent stock-outs.

• Manage inventory aging to prevent stock obsolescence and conduct stock counts and reconciliations.

• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse and logistics staff to ensure high performance and accountability.

• Reporting on delivery trip efficiency, cost per delivery, stock-out frequency, and inventory aging.

• Provide suggestion to senior management for operational planning and improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business with supervisory skill.

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.

• Proficiency in (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERP).

• Experience implementing cost-saving initiatives in logistics or warehousing.

• Familiarity with lean warehousing practices and process optimization.
