Administrative Assistant - #1115196

Responsibilities:

• Receive and prepare new merchandise for our stores
• Prepare transfers and shipments of merchandise to our stores
• Quality control of merchandise
• Inventory system data handling
• Assisting with wide array of administrative task as required
• Perform other ad-hoc duties that are being assigned and when required

Requirements:

• Computer literate
• A good team player with positive working attitude
• Hardworking and willingness to learn
• Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
• Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply due to quota limitations
• Proficiency in Mandarin as the role involves communication in Mandarin with vendors and customers.
• Entry level candidates with minimal experience are welcome to apply for the role.
• Basic education level is accepted.
