Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and issue invoices accurately and promptly, based on job files and agreed service terms.

• Liaise with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure billing accuracy and completeness.

• Work closely with the internal Finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing queries, credit notes, and payment matters.

• Support month-end closing activities related to billing and revenue recognition.

• Collaborate with management on billing strategies and process improvements.

• Provide regular reporting and analysis to support business decisions.

• Serve as the key point of contact for cross-functional billing issues and escalations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of billing experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and invoice validation.

• Good knowledge of billing systems, freight documentation, and forwarding processes.
