Job Summary:

The role of a Spa & Wellness Consultant is required to provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable treatments and wellness packages, promote and upsell services/products, achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer experience, handle client queries, and support daily spa operations.

Job Descriptions :

• Client Consultation & Advisory

  • Conduct personalized consultations to understand clients’ wellness, beauty, and lifestyle needs.

  • Recommend suitable spa treatments, wellness programs, and beauty solutions tailored to client goals.

  • Educate clients on benefits of products, therapies, and overall wellness care.

• Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and upsell wellness packages, memberships, and retail products.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective product knowledge and customer engagement.

  • Develop long-term client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

• Customer Experience Management

  • Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact through post-treatment follow-up.

  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and service recovery when required.

  • Ensure smooth coordination with therapists and service staff to enhance the client’s overall experience.

• Operational Support

  • Maintain knowledge of spa menu, wellness packages, and promotions.

  • Assist in daily administrative duties such as appointment scheduling, payment processing, and record-keeping.

  • Support in organizing wellness events, workshops, and promotional campaigns.

• Continuous Learning & Professional Development

  • Stay updated on wellness industry trends, holistic health approaches, and new spa therapies.

  • Participate in in-house training on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma/Certificate in Beauty, Wellness, Hospitality, or related field

• Sales-driven with proven ability to meet/achieve targets.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients.

• Passionate about health, beauty, and wellness industry.

• Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn.
