Salary: Basic up to $4,300 + bonus + allowance

Responsibilities:
•To lead and motivate the store team, develop and improve all staff to reach and maintain a high level of customer service and selling skills.
•Ensure store operation standards are adhered to by all store staff.
•Ensure daily briefing to staff on sales target.
•Ensure daily housekeeping standards are maintained.
•Manage complaints cases whenever necessary.
•Provide training and coaching to the team.
•To be an effective member of the management team of the company, contributing to the setting, monitoring, and achieving of targets and objectives for the store.
•Responsible for reviewing store transactions on a daily basis as a control to detect and prevent any irregular and suspicious transactions.
•Monitor and maintain compliance of all company policies and procedures to make sound business decisions and communicate/educate all staff.
•Assist Assistant Store Manager for roster planning to ensure sufficient manpower at all time.
•Sets priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines; develops plans to meet short-term objectives.
•Communicate with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance.
Cycle Count/Stock Take (set up goals with Teams = Zero Discrepancy/Stock Loss) and submit monthly store inventory reports to management
•Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of Retail Operation Management/Managerial experience
•Strong interpersonal communication skills
•Understanding inventory management and merchandizing practices.
•Proficient in MS Office
•Experience with retail industry
