As a Pet Care Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to our clients, helping them meet the unique needs of their beloved pets. Your role will involve assisting customers with product selection, offering pet care guidance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers to understand their pet's requirements and provide personalised recommendations
• Demonstrate and educate customers on the features and benefits of our pet care products
• Process sales transactions and ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the pet care industry
• Collaborate with the team to implement effective sales strategies and achieve store targets
