About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at SWIFTX SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in the East Region. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. What you'll be doing

1. Eliciting, documenting, and analysing business requirements to understand the needs of stakeholders

2. Identifying process improvements and systems enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity

3. Developing user stories, functional specifications, and process flows to guide the development of technology solutions

4. Collaborating with IT, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new systems and processes

5. Providing training and support to end-users on new systems and processes

6. Continuously monitoring and optimising business processes to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively

3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into business-friendly language

4. Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data modelling, and requirements gathering

5. Experience in agile software development methodologies and a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

6. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline
