Responsibilities

• Preparation of BIM execution plan for projects

• Providing guidance to the BIM coordinators in BIM aspect

• Preparation of reports on BIM activities & progress including presentations to the client & consultants

• Chair BIM coordination meetings with Project Consultants & sub-contractors, and ensure all BIM issues are coordinated & resolved promptly.

• Ensuring BIM goals & deliverables are achieved & BIM modelling quality is achieved.

• Responsible for the overall development & delivery of the BIM.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineer or relevancy

• Certified with Specialist Diploma in BIM or Digital Delivery Specialist (DDM Tier 2)
