Production Supervisor/ Senior Technician (Semicon, Assembly)-5 days, AWS & Bonus - #1115025

Benefit:

• Salary range:
  Production Supervisor = Basic up $3800
  Senior Technician = Basic up $2500 + OT

• 5 days, 8am-5:30pm

• Location: 3 bus stops from Tai Seng MRT

• AWS + Variable bonus

• MNC, fulltime, permanent role

Job Scope:

Production Supervisor

• Lead team of 40 - 50 technician and operator

• Supervise daily production activities, including assembly, testing, and first article builds

• Plan schedules, assign tasks, and make sure work is completed on time and meets quality standards

• Train and guide production staff while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement

• Monitor equipment and processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and high product quality

• Work with other departments to solve production problems and improve processes

• Keep track of inventory, maintain production records, and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement

Senior Technician

• Check products to make sure they meet quality standards.

• Fix simple machine or process issues to avoid delays.

• Help with assembling, testing, and packing products.

• Keep records of production activities.

• Work with the team to meet production goals.

Requirement

Possess at least Nitec/Higher Nitec or relevant field

Relevant experiences in semicon industry will have added advantage
