Project Engineer - Automation & Control Systems / SCADA and PLC Project Engineer - #1115019

• Working location: Northeast

• Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon to Fri) 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist project manager to manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget

• Coordinate with internal team and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

• Oversee the design, implementation, and integration of control systems, SCADA systems, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to meet client requirements

• Prepare and review project documentation, including project plans, specifications, technical drawings, and operation manuals

• Conduct site surveys, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and commissioning activities at client sites

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, hardware and software integration

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all projects activities

• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users during the implementation and handover phases

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure delivery of materials and services on time

• Assist in preparing technical proposals and cost estimates for new projects

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering or related fields

• 2-5 years of experience in project management, automation, and control systems, preferably in industries such as water treatment, oil & gas, manufacturing, or infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS PLC programming
