Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Business Operation and Planning Manager to lead strategic and data-driven initiatives across our operations organization.
This role is critical in aligning operations with broader business objectives through robust planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations Planning:
Lead strategic planning activities for the operations function, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, manufacturing capacity, and market trends.Process Optimization:
Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve operational workflows, efficiency, and overall performance by identifying gaps and implementing best practices.Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
Utilize KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to monitor operational health and support continuous improvement efforts.Executive Communication & Reporting:
Prepare and present clear, concise, and data-driven materials for senior leadership to inform decision-making and communicate operational insights.Scenario Planning & Forecasting:
Support operations-related budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning efforts, considering various market and supply chain conditions.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with supply chain, finance, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic operational plans.Strategic-to-Tactical Alignment:
Ensure smooth translation of high-level strategic objectives into actionable site-level plans through consistent planning and communication efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience in operations, planning, or strategy roles, ideally within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of operational processes, factory planning, and end-to-end supply chain dynamics
Demonstrated ability to prepare impactful management presentations using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
Strong analytical and data visualization skills (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with stakeholders at all levels
