Job Responsibilities

• Organise, plan and coordinate all new project tasks with project team following the project management process and ensure deliverables are fulfilled

• Coordinate cross functional teams to sustain the product lifecycle including customer complaints, supplier PCN (Product/Process Change Notification), quality and production improvement, etc.

• Liaise with Product Management on the requirements and communicate on the project targets and status

• Liaising with Headquarter on the technical support and technology transfer

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electronic/Optoelectronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in project coordinating

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in coordinating and assisting Project Manager on managing project tasks and targets
