About the role

Amber Compounding Pharmacy Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Laboratory Pharmacist to join our team in the Farrer Park Central Region. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our state-of-the-art compounding pharmacy.

What you'll be doing

• Performing complex pharmaceutical compounding tasks to prepare custom medications and specialty formulations

• Ensuring strict adherence to quality control and safety protocols in the compounding laboratory

• Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop tailored treatment plans for patients

• Overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and proper storage of pharmaceutical ingredients and supplies

• Maintaining detailed records and documentation as per regulatory requirements

• Continually researching and implementing best practices in compounding pharmacy operations

• Mentoring and training junior laboratory staff on compounding techniques and procedures

What we're looking for

• A registered pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a compounding pharmacy or similar laboratory setting

• Expert knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding principles, techniques, and regulations

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining a range of laboratory equipment and instrumentation

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare providers and patients

• Flexible and adaptable to quickly respond to changing requirements and priorities
