As a Senior Architectural Executive [High-Rise/ Institutional Projects], you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Oversee project teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery while meeting client and regulatory standards.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing all phases from conceptual design to final completion.

• Assess and optimize team workflows to align with organizational best practices, identifying areas for enhancement.

• Cultivate strong professional relationships with stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration.

• Contribute to business development efforts and new project acquisition.

• Supervise the creation and refinement of all project documentation, including BIM models, technical drawings, authority submissions, and construction/as-built drawings.

• Coordinate with regulatory bodies for approvals, ensuring compliance with submission requirements under senior guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or professional accreditation from a recognized institution (e.g., BOA or equivalent).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Architecture firms.

• Background in residential projects (private/public) is advantageous, particularly in the local context.
