As a Senior Executive, Emergency Preparedness, you will be responsible for the following roles: 

• Continuously review and enhance operational, security, and emergency preparedness procedures.

• Stay informed on emerging threats and policy changes that may impact institutional readiness.

• Maintain regular communication with MOH and relevant agencies (SCDF, SPF, NEA) to stay updated on national and healthcare emergencies.

• Evaluate and improve emergency response plans for various scenarios, such as pandemics, power failures, and fires.

• Conduct drills and simulations to assess emergency preparedness.

• Ensure sufficient resources, including staff, medical supplies, and equipment, to manage crisis situations effectively.

• Establish and oversee a security committee to address safety concerns.

• Regularly review and improve security measures, access controls, and potential risks.

• Organize training sessions to ensure staff are well-prepared for emergencies and security procedures.

• Support MOH-led initiatives and assist in national disaster response efforts.

• Work closely with senior management to strengthen physical and cybersecurity measures.

• Recommend and implement necessary upgrades to enhance security protocols.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experiences.
