• Plan, lead, and evaluate programmes based on youth needs and risk assessments

• Facilitate therapeutic group work and implement appropriate intervention strategies

• Support case management and engage key stakeholders such as parents and schools

• Manage and engage volunteers to enhance hostel programmes

• Handle administrative tasks, including documentation and meeting timelines

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Sciences with relevant experience in the social service sector

• Strong engagement and facilitation skills

• Solid knowledge and experience in social work interventions, social policies, and community engagement
