Job Scope:

• Handle sales operations and documentation, such as quotes, invoices, and delivery orders

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, accurate billing, and inventory tracking

• Identify and grow corporate and wholesale sales, including opportunities like gifting, events, and sponsorships

• Build strong client relationships and support proposal preparation, presentations, and deal closures

• Provide after-sales support and customer service to maintain client satisfaction and resolve any issues

• Monitor sales performance and stock levels, compile reports, and assist with market feedback and data updates

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Able to handle Mandarin speaking customers
