Quality Assurance Engineer Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance and drive organizational excellence.
Develop and conduct quality training programs for employees at all levels to promote awareness and alignment with quality standards.
Plan and execute internal and external audits to assess system effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Manage quality documentation systems, ensuring proper control, updates, and alignment with ISO requirements.
Coordinate with customers and suppliers to manage document revisions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the supply chain.
Generate and analyze monthly quality reports, tracking key performance indicators, audit outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in management review meetings to report on quality system performance and recommend strategic improvements.
Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards by conducting EHS audits, promoting risk-based thinking, and fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Job Requirements:
IATF 16949 certification is mandatory – with strong knowledge of automotive quality standards, product safety, risk management, and customer-specific requirements (e.g., airbags, engine sensors, EV modules).
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, Control Plans, and Ishikawa diagrams.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or automotive industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; SAP and Minitab proficiency is a plus.
Customer Quality Engineer Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring clear and positive communication.
Analyze issues and lead 8D problem-solving activities; prepare and submit reports to customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and consistent follow-up.
Monitor product quality and after-sales performance and provide data-driven feedback for improvements.
Coordinate drawing and specification changes with customers to ensure proper implementation.
Collaborate with other company sites to resolve cross-functional quality issues.
Oversee quality control processes in production to ensure compliance with standards.
Support and maintain ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems, including audits and EHS compliance.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
Over 3 years of experience managing customer complaints, with a strong track record of effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
Well-versed in quality management systems and internal auditing, with hands-on experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
