Responsibilities

• Perform full QS scope including measurement, calling quotations, and cost estimation.

• Prepare and evaluate progress payment claims and certificates.

• Manage variation orders including costing and documentation.

• Prepare and finalize project final accounts.

• Assist in tender preparation and submission, including BOQ and cost breakdown.

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for pricing and technical clarifications.

• Monitor project budgets and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing for all QS-related work.

Requirements

• Candidate with at least 2 years and above quantity surveyor experience in construction/builder/interior industry in Singapore are welcome to apply.
