KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in line with corporate interests.
Provide support in handling legal disputes, claims, and investigations — including coordination with external legal counsel.
Maintain and organize the company’s legal records, databases, and filing systems for efficient access and tracking.
Advise internal departments on legal risks and recommend actionable solutions for compliance and risk mitigation.
File and manage Small Claims Tribunal (SCT) / Employment Claims Tribunal (ECT) matters, when required.
Support other legal, governance, or compliance-related tasks as delegated.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or or Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate in-house legal department or law firm.
Solid understanding of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law in Singapore.
Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external counsel.
High integrity, discretion in handling confidential matters, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
