Job Description
Responsible for the leasing and marketing of an office building and a retail mall. Support the team in retail planning including trade mix review, sourcing and securing suitable tenants to achieve the desired tenancy mix and to maximize rental and occupancy.
Handles lease administration such as reviewing of commercial lease agreements, contracts and all documentation in relation to tenancy and property management.
Manage tenants relations, establish clear communication, respond promptly to tenants' queries, concerns/feedback to build a high level of tenant satisfaction.
Manage tenancy fitting out, reinstatement works in process of handing over or taking over of leased properties
Updating of tenancy reports, preparation of financial performance vs budget forecast, monitor the leases expiry dates, handle renewal of leases, securing of new tenants to fill the office and mall vacancies with the right tenant mix and rental.
Liaise and manage residential projects / agencies and prepare Sale & Purchase documents and other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business Marketing or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years of real estate experience in shopping mall/office/residential marketing or property management
Commercially savvy, result-orientated, good team player, good inter-personal skills and communication skills (both oral and written)
Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Able to start work at short notice
