Duties & Responsibilities

This role will help to grow the eCommerce marketplace business by conceptualizing, budgeting, and executing demand generation campaigns. Oversee the operations and performance of the eCommerce platform - ensuring functionality, usability, and an optimal customer experience. To develop and plan digital marketing strategies, campaigns and paid promotions that coincide with product releases, ad campaigns and other brand messages. Ensuring congruent brand representation across platforms

1) E-commerce Strategy:

• Formulate and implement a holistic e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals.

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities in line with market trends and competition.

2) Website Management:

• Supervise the upkeep and enhancement of the e-commerce website, ensuring seamless user experience.

• Introduce enhancements to website design, navigation, and functionality for improved performance.

3) Social media

• Plan & create social media calendar on various platforms. Ensuring growth and engagement rate. Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.

• Able to create high quality engaging videos and graphic visual content.

Qualifications:

· At least 1 year ecommerce experience

· Positive attitude, committed and self-motivated

· Proficient with Google analytics and various social media monitoring tools

· Excellent command of written and spoken English

· Meticulous and able to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.

· Experience and proficient in setup and running of ecommerce site or platform shop

· Proficient in Mac OS, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign preferred.
