Inbound Customer Service, Team Lead
Basic salary: up to $4000!
8am to 5.30pm (5 days work including weekends)
Job Scope:
Staffing and Leave Management.
Call Management.
Escalation Management.
Policy Knowledge.
Stakeholder Coordination.
Issue and case escalation.
CRM Case Management.
Testing and Quality Assurance.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma holder in any field.
Proven experience in telemarketing, call centre / BPO environment.
