Responsibilities we will trust you with:
Engage with customers to address operational issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with external stakeholders and vendors to meet project obligations, fostering positive relationships.
Manage and report project financials, striving to surpass project budget expectations.
Effectively utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track Preventive Maintenance, Fault Reports, and Corrective Work Orders.
Liaise with external agencies for new initiatives, major repairs, and maintenance works, coordinating seamlessly.
Strategize, coordinate, and execute rectification works, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
Take charge of site administration responsibilities for smooth project operations.
Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements to maintain a secure working environment.
Oversee Addition & Alteration (A&A), Repair & Redecoration (R&R), and other project works.
Drive process improvement initiatives across designated projects, employing methodologies like Lean Six Sigma (LSS) to enhance productivity and boost the bottom line.
Actively participate in innovation and the introduction of new processes or technologies by collaborating with the Operations Technology Development team and relevant technology partners.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or an equivalent field, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and/or industrial Facilities Management.
Alternatively, hold a Diploma in Building, Mechanical, or Electrical with a minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience.
Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is MANDATORY.
Any additional Facilities Management certifications is considered advantageous.
Strong people and stakeholder management skills, complemented by exceptional written communication and presentation abilities.
