Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering consultative solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through research, prospecting, and networking.

• Arrange client meetings and deliver professional sales presentations.

• Provide consultative selling by recommending suitable engineering products and solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with pre- and post-sales support.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and sales contracts.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales targets.

• Provide after-sales technical support and resolve client issues promptly.

• Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of technical or engineering sales experience. (Refineries, petrochemical plants, or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technical presentations.

• Possess a valid driving license.
