Responsibilities:
Answer incoming hotline calls and provide assistance as needed.
Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations promptly, including coordinating medical check-ups, security bonds, CSOC, dormitory check-ins, and PCP.
Manage Primary Care Plan (PCP) including invoicing, procurement, and termination.
Update OFWAS and foreign workers housing compliance records.
Coordinate air ticket purchases for home leave and repatriation of foreign workers.
Workers' training registration and logistics.
Process monthly payroll and overtime accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update HR documents such as payroll, leave, and claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness in HR systems and personal files.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent.
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the Construction Industry.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to assist others.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Able to work 5 days a week.
