• Working days and time: 8am to 5:45pm (Mon-Friday)

• Working location: Boon Lay

• Salary: Up to $2500

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing technical assistance and support to end-users either remotely or on-site.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications.

• Performing regular maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and security checks.

• Documenting technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

• Setting up and configuring new equipment and software for users

• Maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets.

• Ensuring compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

• Any other adhoc duty as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology-related studies.

• Prefer Level 1 support experience
