Job Summary:

We are hiring a Solar Project Engineer to lead and manage solar energy projects from start to finish. This role involves planning, coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of solar installations on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage solar installation projects.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

• Track project progress, budget, and timelines.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.

• Manage risks and solve problems during project execution.

• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams.

• Oversee system commissioning and final handover to clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

• 5 years of experience managing solar renewable and solar projects.

• Strong knowledge of solar systems and installation processes.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in solar project execution is a plus.

• Knowledge of PVsyst, AutoCAD, and construction software.

• Team player, customer-focused, and passionate about renewables.
