Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
Inspire and guide the team to meet and exceed sales goals through coaching, constructive feedback, and hands-on support.
Design and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives, market trends, and customer demands.
Conduct market analysis and study customer behavior to guide sales planning and decision-making.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to stay responsive to changing market conditions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target markets, and sales channels to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal closure.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects in the construction or electrical industry.
Ability to understand electrical SLD.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborative, customer-focused, and passionate about achieving results.
