Job Responsibilities:

• Manage social platforms (FB, IG, YouTube, LINE, LinkedIn), content calendars, post strategy, and agency direction for visuals and stories.

• Support asset creation and ad rollouts across digital, print, OOH, and broadcast with agencies; manage boosted posts and monthly updates.

• Handle uploads, social engagement, regional enquiries, and track performance across platforms.

• Coordinate media kits, festive gifting, media shoots, and KOL outreach; work with agencies on earned media and event support.

• Oversee APAC site updates, content rollout, and user enquiries; support e-catalogue creation and listing management.

• Manage LINE content strategy, report analytics, and assist in continuous tech upgrades and regional coordination.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing.

• 3 years of Marcomm experience in retail industry

• Strong project management across markets and time zones.

• Experienced in vendor management, event logistics, and working with diverse cultures.
